    • Checked and found the engine oil level good upon arrival. Replaced engine oil & filter, reset service indicators, set tires pressures to 36 PSI, checked all lights and filled washer fluid.
    • Perform Courtesy Vehicle Safety Inspection.
    • Test drove vehicle, was able to duplicate customer concern. Found front brake pad life good, Rear brake drums have good life, adjusted rear drums and found brake pedal travel is better with no further issues.

    • No battery light upon arrival Load tested battery – passed load test. Tested alternator 14.4 no load 13.8 with load. No issues with alternator. Can not duplicate customer concern at this time. Recommend bringing vehicle back if persists or gets worse.
    • Perform Courtesy Vehicle Safety Inspection.
    • Checked and found the engine oil level good OR low? upon arrival. Replaced engine oil & filter, reset service indicators, set tires pressures to ___ PSI, checked all lights and filled washer fluid.

    • Performed computer interface and found code P0301 – cylinder 1 misfire, inspected spark plugs and found in good condition, moved cylinder 1 coil to cylinder 2 and misfire followed. Recommend replacing all coils.
    • Replaced ignition coils and reset codes. Test drove and found engine running smooth, no misfires and no codes.
